We offer new construction painting that is priced by the square foot, depending on the style and detail of the house. This service includes priming of all walls, followed by sanding, caulking and nail putty on all trim, followed by sanding, airless spraying of all doors, trim, and windows, painting of all ceilings, and painting of all walls. We also offer staining and poly coating of any doors, bead board ceilings, and wood trim in or outside of the home under construction.
