A local builder asked us to paint the interiors and exteriors of this home that was featured in the “2006 Parade of Homes” in Fox Run Subdivision.

We began by priming, prepping, and painting the walls, ceilings, and trim in the entire home. Next, we stained all the interior railing, bead board ceilings , the exterior columns, exterior bead board, the exterior shutters, and the massive front door. We followed all staining with two coats of “Sikkens” satin polyurethane.

To wrap up the project, we caulked all the exterior doors and windows with Benjamin Moore’s Fifty Year Clear Elastic caulking.

This was one of the many extravagant homes that we have worked on.
